Terms & Condition
1. Scope of Work
Before starting the project, we define the complete scope of work, including the number of pages, design layout, and required features.
If additional work or major changes are requested during the project, they will be charged separately and may affect the timeline.
2. Project Commencement
- The project will commence only after the client has paid 60% advance and provided at least 80% of the required data (e.g., logo, content, images, etc.).
3.Revisions Policy
- Each project includes 2 free design revisions.
Any additional revision requests beyond this will incur extra charges based on the complexity of the changes.
4. Limited Responsibility
WebEngg.com shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to third-party services such as:
- Hosting/server downtime
- Plugin/theme errors
- CMS/software updates
Similarly, we do not guarantee SEO results, website traffic, or any kind of business growth outcomes.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information and materials are kept strictly confidential.
WebEngg.com will never share or use your data for any purpose without your explicit consent.
6. Third-Party Charges
Unless specifically included in the package, charges for domain, hosting, SSL, and premium themes/plugins shall be borne by the client separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all rights to the website code/design shall remain with WebEngg.com.
Ownership and complete access will be transferred to the client only after full and final payment.
8. Refund Policy
- Before project initiation:
80% of the advance amount will be refunded. 20% will be retained for planning and admin purposes. - After project initiation:
A partial refund will be provided based on the percentage of work completed. - After design approval or development start:
No refund will be applicable. - Client inactivity for 30 days:
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, the project will be auto-closed and no refund will be issued. - Dispute Resolution*:
Feedback must be shared during the revision stage. Once a design is approved, it will be considered final and subjective dissatisfaction will not qualify for a refund.

9. Urgent Delivery Charges
If the client requires the project to be delivered on an urgent basis (within 24–72 hours), a rush fee of ₹500–₹1000 per page may be charged — depending on design complexity and workload.
10. SEO Services
- WebEngg.com does not provide dedicated SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or website ranking services.
- All websites are built with basic SEO-friendly structure (clean code, mobile responsiveness), but advanced services like keyword research, backlink building, or ranking optimization are not included.
*All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Agra courts only.
